Man, I remember setting up a list of ‘Plans This Year’, specifically meant for drives that I wanted done in 2019. Honestly, I haven’t done a single thing on the list. Time (and life, consequently) have flown by. For next year, I need to get the car in better shape, sell it and start roadtripping the new ride. Add a bunch of new spots/drives to the list for next year too.

I don’t know how much time you have to burn, but something like this - getting off at St. James and going through Potosi - would get you into the Mark Twain National Forest. Kind of depends what part of St. Louis you’re heading to.

It also figure out a way to make time to visit the City Museum if you’ve never been. It’s amazing!
